What our clients say about us
Paul have used Triton for a number of years and for a variety of projects from small works through to complete refurbishment or build new retail units. Our most recent store, Earls Court was the latest project with Triton who were very responsive within their short lead times. The attention to detail was second to none and kept within a very tight programme to ensure the best opening for the unit, allowing us to trade as soon as possible. The level of commitment was very apparent from the team, who worked extremely well with our appointed Architect and client direct contractors to ensure a smooth running project, that looks beautiful. Many thanks for all your hard work. Looking forward to the next project already.
Marcella De Benedictis, Project Manager, Paul UK
A belated email to thank you all for the work undertaken in the Reading branch remodelling project – from design to planning to installation and everything else that was involved – thank you very much. It’s a significant transformation that has stamped our authority on the Reading market, improved morale and drawn comments from many of the customers who come in. On top of that, when I took Peter Coles to the office he said it has ‘exceeded his expectations’ which, if you know Peter, is a serious accolade! Thank you for your advice, input and hard work in making it happen!
Peter Loverdos, Group Operations Director, Romans Group
We were recommended to appoint Triton as our fit out contractor by our architect/designers, Icewit Design. Their tender was in the middle range of those received. As ever the real test of a contractor is during the build and completion phase and we were very impressed with the site team – they were very accommodating and incredibly hard working. They were given a tough timetable as we were anxious to ensure that we didn’t suffer any slippage for our opening in May this year. They rose to that challenge and ensured that the project was completed on time and to a quality that we have been very pleased with. Whilst there were some challenging issues along the way these never became dramas – the site team led by Mark Maley, project management by Martin Thomas and with Paul Duffy keenly interested in the project – simply got on with the job and found solutions to each and every problem. During the snagging phase Triton have been diligent in working through these and ensuring that our day to day business wasn’t compromised by any works.
Tim Harding, Haslams - Head of Business Support
‘Triton Contracts have again been a pleasure to work with. This is my third project with them and despite a number of client changes being made on our last project together, which was let on a design and build basis, Triton were able to take them in their stride. The team I have worked with are very proactive and delivery focused. I'm looking forward to our next project together.’
Neil Cook, Associate Director , John Cobb Consulting
‘Thanks for your help and support in getting it into such a good shape in a tight timescale. The branch looked fantastic last week, and I know Romans are pleased with the result.’
Sam Atwell, Project Manager – Romans
‘I commend them on their performance and standard of finish, the attention to detail was very impressive. Altogether we were very impressed with the standard of workmanship and are currently looking for further opportunities where Triton and Lidl can work together in the future’.
Phil Daley, Construction Manager - Lidi UK
‘Just wanted to pass on my thanks to you and the team for a cracking job in Bristol, and snag free as well, all in 26 days, well done to all of you. The retail team are delighted with the result, which will give them ample time to merchandise without worrying about snagging issues etc. Once again, many thanks to everyone involved and look forward to working with you again.’
