Background:
PAUL UK are responsible for the brand here in the UK and are currently rolling out several formats in strategic locations around London. The latest iteration of their branding is in the form of their very first PAUL Express. PAUL has long been a popular destination for Eurostar travellers on the continent with branches at Paris Gare du Nord and Brussels Midi so its absolutely appropriate that they should be present at the London end of the line too.
The Development:
A former coffee shop in a prime location opposite International Arrivals with a bright feel to the space created by the generous ceiling heights and arch structures within the historic grade 1 listed building.
The final floor plans were delivered with great care so as to work with the existing constraints of the listed building whilst never compromising the Customer experience or PAUL branding.
The PAUL Express opened in St Pancras International on 21st May and is the first of its kind in the world. Located just before the departure gates of the Eurostar it caters for those wanting a grab-and-go freshly ground coffee, viennoiserie, sandwich, salad or snack before their journey.
