Our people, Our Experience, Our vision
Paul is founder and owner of Triton Interiors and brings more than 25 years experience delivering the full range of construction services to a variety of sectors having held key and fully accountable board level positions with a number of leading construction and fit-out contractors across the UK
In 2009 Paul decided to take his years of experience direct to the market and founded Triton Contracts. A well-known industry figure with a reputation for inspirational leadership, Paul is passionate about customer service standards and his attention to detail and focus on cost is absolute. Paul brings together a fusion of sound business acumen with intuitive, solution based thinking and a results driven approach to project delivery for all his clients.
Martin lives and breathes Triton. A resourceful, hardworking and dedicated Operations Director who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors alike. Martin thrives under pressure and enjoys meeting new challenges head on. An asset to the Triton team, Martin is from a joinery background and has extensive Health and Safety knowledge. With more than fifteen years experience managing both new build and refurbishment projects for clients in many different sectors.
Jason has a broad 25 years’ experience within the construction sector having worked on a large range of projects on both the Construction and PQS side of the industry. Focused and committed he’s held senior level positions with responsibilities for Key Client Accounts and to Board and Company Owners alike. Jason joined the Triton team in 2013 adding to the core team’s strengths and bringing QS experience in terms of project management, client expectations and commercial awareness.
Interestingly, his latter Client-side working knowledge only adds to his greater understanding of his role which adds-value to his ability to understand the process of contracting from both the Clients and contractors perspective on quality, time and value.
Jason likes to maintain a close working relationship with Clients, Architects and contractors and is totally passionate about completing projects on time and to target.
Jack joins us with a number of years experience under his belt already, having spent two years at RG Carter working on two large scale projects in Cambridge, each over £10M;
•Three keyworker accommodation blocks of Cambridge University, built to a very high spec (Code 5 for Sustainable Homes).
•Performing Arts Centre for a private school. Again, very high spec for a highly demanding client.
Further experience was gained taking a placement year with CA Blackwell (Civil Engineering) working on a new road in Ashford – a particularly high pressure job with a very tight schedule.
With a degree from Nottingham Trent University in Quantity Surveying BSc (hons) Jack particularly enjoyed Contract Practice and Law modules. His hobbies include Football, Golf, Gym & Travel.
