The Development: This particular project involved the rapid fit-out in a major city commercial hub and iconic building (formerly known as the Nat-West Tower now called Tower 42) and all within a very tight and narrow unit measuring only 39 square metres in total.

The project presented particular challenges due to it’s busy high profile location with no external storage and very restricted site area. Clear and careful programming was required not only for Triton but also all the client’s direct contractor’s who were placed under our direct programming control throughout.

A close pro-active approach was also required with the Landlord removing three sections of the existing shopfront to install a second sliding entrance door and protective screens which all had to be completed within the original project time scale.

Once again Triton completed on time and within budget to the great satisfaction of the client.
