The Development:

PAUL’s bigger and better French bakery and café in Canary Wharf in London’s Docklands can be found in Cabot Place, very close to Canary Wharf DLR and Jubilee Line stations and conveniently located for the many businesses and financial institutions housed in this 71 acre redevelopment of the old docks.

For this project we relocated PAUL from an existing smaller unit to a larger site in Cabot Place which allows them to provide an even swifter service for the hot and cold drinks, breakfasts and lunches so popular with local workers.   We created an area where freshly baked patisserie is prepared and filled daily in front of customers, to be enjoyed at its very best through a viewing window.  Customers can have larger cakes personalised on site on the day of purchase, and they also  offer corporate and event catering, delivered to local offices.

The final floor plans were delivered with great care so as to work with the existing constraints of the site everywhere possible, whilst never compromising on the Customer experience or PAUL branding.

Once again Triton completed on time and within budget to the great satisfaction of the client.
