The Development: As is often the case with such projects, the opportunity to include additional and often necessary works presented itself and as this project progressed through the various phases the scope increased on what we found to be an incredibly busy high profile unit.

The scheme presented the usual challenges due primarily to its long operating hours, compressing the physical on-site operating periods added to which the hugely popular tourist destination in and around Camden Lock required careful planning for deliveries.

The scope included the completion of new carpets, refinish timber floors, decorations, booth seating, glazed screens and new over bar glass racks, all of which was completed over nights, in three separate phases.
