Background: PAUL UK continue their planned expansion with Triton completing this negotiated project at Earls Court.
The Development: This project involved the strip out and structural alterations to install a service lift for the newly created 1st Floor kitchen prep area.
Due to the close proximity of the Piccadilly and District lines running directly below the unit, close coordination with TFL was a requirement when considering and carrying out the structural alteration. This along with a revised design as the project commenced presented particular challenges partly due to it’s busy location and restricted access. This in turn required clear and careful programming, not only for Triton but also all the client’s direct contractor’s, some of which requiring first floor equipment craned into location.
Triton’s normal close pro-active approach meant the project was still completed within the original time scale.
